Peace Corps Online is the main hub of news, discussions, and other items of interest to returned Peace Corps volunteers. The directory page on Kyrgyzstan-related items can be a good start for an information search.
The Peace Corps Kyrgyzstan website is unfortunately outdated and runs from a server in Kyrgyzstan (read: slowly).
There are two returned volunteer listserves active through Yahoo Groups: RPCVsKyrgyzstan and friendsofkyrgyzstan
